At A24 Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send the items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
